Club Records Policy
For a club record to be accepted & approved it requires ALL of the following:
Be shot by a fully Financial shooting member of the club & of Archery Australia when the round was shot.
There must be a fully & correctly completed paper score sheet, which must be lodged with the Club Recorder.
There must be a second score sheet completed at the time; either electronically or a second paper score sheet.
The archer must be competing under their Archery Australia number that is associated with our club.
The round must be shot under competition conditions. e.g. Time limited ends; No unofficial breaks; Not under cover; etc.
The round must be shot physically at the club grounds, unless it is an official & publicised as a CAC club activity at a different facility. e.g. A CAC club day at the SQAS field course.
The round must match the publicly advertised rounds allowed during the session.
The round must appear in the non-historical parts of Schedule 9A, 10A, 11, or 12 of the Archery Australia Shooting Rules; or Have a previous existing record at the club for a historical or legacy round for the given gender, division, & classification.
