Kids at the Club

This policy sets out the manner in which children (minors), members of the public, & club members can remain safe with respect to child protection issues while at our club, or acting on behalf of our club in an official capacity. 

Policy Statement

 An adult for this policy is defined as someone aged 18 or older, and of sound mind.

1. All individuals under the age of 18 need to be supervised by at least one adult.

2. Any individual under the age of 16 must be supervised by either:

   • Their parent/guardian/caregiver etc; or

   • At least two (2) adults. One of which MUST have a blue card.
     Please speak to whoever opens/closes the club before leaving your child if the club is only lightly attended.

3. Any individual under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parent/guardian/caregiver etc MUST leave their contact details in case of emergency etc.

4. Any non-member under the age of 16 MUST be supervised by their parent/guardian/caregiver etc.

5. Any time where the above policies are breached, the committee MUST be notified with the details within 24 hours.
