Lost & Found Policy

Our Lost & Found items area (located in the Workshop Shipping Container) keeps accumulating & regularly overflows.

To address this issue, the club has approved a policy that we will hold on to items for up to six (6) months. If item remain unclaimed after that period, the club will assume ownership of said items, and dispose of them as it sees fit.

Disposal of unclaimed items includes but not limited to:

• Using.

• Selling.

• Auctioning.

• Gifting.

• Dumping or Recycling.

In short, the club will make reasonable efforts to reunite items with their owners, but after a while we will consider it ours, and dispose of it however any Management Committee member deems appropriate.
